Workshops are not included in regular conference registration fees. All workshops must be purchased separately.
Author Registration Guidelines
An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by 1 September 2024.
- Up to 2 additional papers can be purchased for $100 USD
Only IMS Member, IEEE Member or Non-Member fees are allowed to cover the publication of an accepted paper. To qualify for member rates, the membership number must be provided in the registration form. Student and IEEE Life Member registration fees cannot be used to guarantee the publication of an accepted paper. If the only author registering to cover the paper publication is a student, he/she has to pay the appropriate Member or Non-member fee.
Registration by Bank Transfer
If you are unable to pay with a credit card and wish to pay via bank transfer, please do so in the registration portal. If you have any trouble, please contact Mina Link, Conference Manager.
Note: Payments made via bank transfer are non-refundable. Bank transfer payments will incur a $25 transaction fee.
Invitation Letters
A letter of invitation is provided upon request only after you have completed registration for the conference and paid the conference registration fee. If you require an invitation letter please contact Mina Link via email and indicate if there is any additional information that will need to be listed.
The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend IEEE IAVVC 2024. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the conference and pay in full before requesting an invitation letter.
